Olga Wymore, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-C, is the Director of Nursing at Ready Aide Homecare and a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, her nursing career spans bedside care, specialty infusion services, home care supervision, regional care management, and aging services throughout Virginia. She brings extensive experience in direct patient assessment, medication safety, individualized care planning, staff supervision, and coordination with families and healthcare providers to support older adults and individuals with disabilities.
Olga combines hands-on nursing experience with psychiatric expertise to address the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and daily functioning in older adults. Her background supports recognition of depression, anxiety, behavioral changes, and safety concerns that can complicate care. At Ready Aide, she emphasizes compassionate, individualized care, caregiver education, and clear communication to help patients maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life at home. She has earned the trust of families and created a special bond with caregivers in the Metro Area.
Irene Davies
Is the Founder and CEO of ReadyAide Home Care. Irene is a licensed nurse assistant that has served in many homes, facilities and families as a professional and well trained caregiver. The idea of home health care came about when Irene dedicated her time taking care of her sick grandmother who raised her. In 2014 ReadyAide Home Care was established, Irene always knew she wanted to be a care provider for both young and old while and She describes being taken care of by her Grandmother who lived happily and passed on in 2016 even empowering the name ReadyAide because she was always a call away before moving her to her home to better serve her in her final stage of life. She describes it as a blessing and made a promise to her that she will extend a helping hands as much as possible to create comfort for seniors to live in the comfort of their homes while receiving care.

Her background includes providing compassionate care in various home settings, working with multiple agencies, and serving as a skilled Medication Technician.
For nearly three years, she has served as a Coordinator at ReadyAide, where she leads with dedication, compassion, and purpose. Through every interaction, touch, and smile, she is committed to delivering exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life of each individual she supports.
